Photography and Video Release
I understand that photos and/or video may be taken during the appointment at the discretion of the stylist. I understand that said photos or video may be used for information or advertising purposes not limited to social media and self promotion purposes.
As the client I may choose to have my identity protected by shielding my face (a shield will be provided if requested).
I also understand that all photos and video are the intellectual property of D’ Jeannette Beauty Salon.

Rescheduling, Cancellation & No Show
Tardiness:
If you are late by more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time the appointment is considered late and may be subject to full remaining balance being charged and appointment cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made.
Appointments:
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty and the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment, this must be done by calling (268) 772-1342 failing to do this will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. You are allowed to reschedule an appointment twice after which your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments can not be cancelled and then rescheduled. Once cancelled the deposit is forfeit (no exceptions).
NO SHOW:
Appointments are subject to 100% NON REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE fee of the scheduled service amount. NO SHOW appointment clients will be blocked from re-booking appointments. NO SHOW will result in deposit being forfeited.
How to cancel or reschedule an appointment:
Appointments must be rescheduled, or cancelled by calling D’ Jeannette at (268) 772-1342 (time frames listed above still apply)
