Salon Appointments

You must setup appointments online at djeannettesalon.com/services/ or by social media and make a deposit of $20.00 USD to secure the appointment made. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your salon procedure once you keep the appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment you must contact us 48 hours before and make arrangement to have it rescheduled. You are allowed to reschedule twice after that your deposit will be forfeited.

Note: Failure to keep your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit!!!

Ordering on the Web
When you click on the proceed button at the end of the online order process, you are confirming your order. You will then be sent an acknowledgement giving a payment reference, an order number (which you should keep for your records) and the amount that has been debited to your credit or debit card, or PayPal account. This Order Acknowledgement is not an Order Acceptance from D’ Jeannette Beauty Salon Limited. The acceptance of your order takes place when the goods you have ordered are dispatched, unless we let you know of any changes, or you send us a Cancellation Notice in the time frame allotted. Your order is accepted at the discretion of D’ Jeannette Beauty Salon Limited. Please check carefully that the billing details and shipping details you have supplied are correct, since we are unable to offer refunds for orders either lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part. A cancellation notice must be sent to D’ Jeannette Beauty Salon Limited by first informing us by calling 1 (268) 772-1342 or emailing us at contact@djeannettesalon.com. Please note this must be done within 24 hours of placing an order.

Pricing
The prices indicated for each product are inclusive of Antigua and Barbuda Sale Tax, but exclusive of international shipping charges (see below). Prices are correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. International shipping charges will be added to your order once you reach the checkout stage, since they depend on package weight and destination.

International Shipping and Handling
A shipping charge will be added to your order; this is calculated automatically and is based on the weight and destination of your order. We use the published international rates directly from FedEx and DHL and a handling charge. If you have any questions about our shipping rates, please contact us.

Out of Stock Items
If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will phone or email you with an indication as to when you are likely to receive it and offer you an alternative or a refund.

Delivery time
We ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If your order is delayed in any way, we will let you know within two working days of receiving it. We use either FedEx or DHL to deliver your package. International delivery is normally five (5) to ten (10) working days.

Failed Deliveries
If your package is unable to be delivered (for example because there is nobody available to
receive it) a note will be left with instructions of where it can be collected. If it is not collected, it will eventually be returned to D’ Jeannette Beauty Salon Limited. Under such circumstances D’ Jeannette Beauty Salon Limited reserve the right to request a further delivery charge to re-send your order. If you decide to cancel your order after a failed delivery attempt, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping cost, once we have received the package safely and in good condition.

Damage and Errors
Please be sure to let us know within three (3) working days if your package is damaged in any way, or if there are any errors. It may not be possible to rectify any errors unless they are reported within this period.

Payment
We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards. All credit/debit card transactions will be subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. We also accept payment by PayPal. Please note that D’ Jeannette Salon Limited does not store credit/debit card information on our servers refer to our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund less any credit/debit card processing fee.
